Job Description:
- The business architect analyst will assist in efforts to analyze market development opportunities for digital technologies and sales growth, and build tools generating insights, optimizations, recommendations and results.
- You will be responsible for diving into detail and finding out the story that can help to make business decisions.
- You will help to identify key data points, model information into value added insights, tracking needs, collect data and investigate data patterns across division and regions.
•Analyze large data sets to generate added value output which can be turn into impactful and communicate findings to the business.
•Communicate and collaborate with users to analyze business needs and translate into functional design requirements.
•Serve as the conduit between the business community and the software development team through requirements, design, testing and implementation.
•Demonstrated ability summarizing large data analysis and continuous improvement through automation.
•Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to recommend business process and technical systems solution options.
•Execute instructor-led training to a diverse audience.
•Communicate with leadership to centralize information and share performances.
•Participate in support function to resolve user related requests and execute operational excellence.
•Comply with company’s Global IT Policies & Procedures.
•Perform other duties and project tasks as assigned.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field of study.
•Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret large data sets and translate them into business decisions and application requirements.
•Strong skills in data analytics using Microsoft Excel and PowerBI or other data visualization tools.
•Experience with business automation, SalesForce, SAP, and other CRM/EPR systems.
•Strong project management skills and thorough understanding of project management lifecycle.
•Ability to explain and champion technical concepts to a broad audience through training.
•Ability to assume and complete assignments independently and on time.
•Must be results-driven with excellent attention to detail.
•Must be comfortable managing projects and timelines within a matrix environment.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of global colleagues.

d. Expert in data cleanup, analytics, trends, analysis, gap, etc. – certification preferred.
2. Project Management around system infrastructure and training program development.
a. Infrastructure: Manage projects around CRM and ERP standardization across the division.
b. Infrastructure: main CRM systems: SalesForceDotCom (SFDC) and SAP – good to have experience in these systems.
c. Infrastructure: Lead new telephone system implementation for global teams.
d. Business automation: implement automation and Ai into business processes.
e. Training Development: Help develop a service training program across the division.
f. Training Execution: Create training documents and lead training sessions/ workshops on new processes and implementations.
