Senior Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for a motivated Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our team.

We are building a global registry that links next-generation sequencing (NGS), treatment, and outcome data for cancer patients with solid tumors. This registry addresses gaps caused by rapid NGS advancements and complex, rare cancer subtypes, helping healthcare providers select the right tests and treatments for optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement analysis, user stories, stakeholder management
• Agile/Scrum, software documentation (SW tools: Confluence, JIRA, MS Office, UX design), BPMN/UML process analysis
• Supervision, task management, staff training
• SOW/SOP writing, requirement elicitation with SMEs
• Development of user stories/acceptance criteria for ML models
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment

Requirements

• Must-have skills: Python, SQL, Tableau, Linux
• Strong research, analytical, and time management skills
• Attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in business management techniques and software tools
• Previous experience in Clinical Trials and RWD registry creation is a plus
