Job description

Restaurant365 is a SaaS company disrupting the restaurant industry! Our cloud-based platform provides a unique, centralized solution for accounting and back-office operations for restaurants. Restaurant365’s culture is focused on empowering team members to produce top-notch results while elevating their skills. We’re constantly evolving and improving to make sure we are and always will be “Best in Class” ... and we want that for you too!

The Website Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager will be responsible for owning and managing Restaurant365’s public-facing website and developing and implementing strategies to improve overall performance. This role will use a mix of creative and analytical skills to understand our website visitors, run experiments (A/B tests), create a better user experience and drive conversions.

Given the critical importance of our online presence, this role plays a pivotal part in fueling our growth. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team and other departments, set and achieve ambitious OKRs, and make a measurable impact on our success.

How you'll add value:
  • Lead the experimentation strategy by performing and analyzing A/B test results and providing actionable insights for content, SEO, design, and layout optimizations to improve conversion rates and on-site engagement.
  • Leverage tools such as Google Analytics (Looker Studio), Hotjar, SEM Rush to measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of experiments.
  • Conduct and assess user research, heatmaps, session recordings, and surveys to identify drop-off points and pain points along the user journey.
  • Provide insights and actions to maximize clicks, conversions, and lead generation from paid and organic media channels.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviors and provide direction and recommendations for optimized, personalized digital experiences.
  • Identify underperforming pages and implement strategies to increase engagement and conversion rates.
  • Diagnose and resolve (either internally or through communication with outside web agency) code-level issues affecting performance, including inefficient JavaScript, excessive HTTP requests, and poorly optimized CSS.
  • Regularly assess site performance to address issues such as slow loading times and improper image optimization.

  • What you'll need to be successful in this role:
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B web marketing, with a proven track record of driving website optimization and performance improvements.
  • Deep expertise in A/B and multivariate testing, as well as personalization strategies, using platforms such as Optimizely or similar tools.
  • Strong ability to analyze user behavior data, draw actionable insights, and develop data-driven optimization plans.
  • Wordpress and Elementor experience and a solid understanding of web analytics, basic HTML/CSS, and JavaScript, with the capability to independently address technical issues or effectively communicate requirements to developers and web agencies.
  • Hands-on experience with analytical tools, including Google Analytics, to measure performance and drive informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously on assignments while also contributing as a collaborative team member.
  • Preferred Qualifications
