Job Summary:

As an Implementation Manager you are responsible for overseeing the deployment and integration of products, services, or systems within an organization or for clients. They act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion.


Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in the sales process to demo CPX functionality and review technical documentation, including API.
  • Work with clients using sandbox.
  • Lead large cross functional teams across Priority and customer, esp. accounting and technology.
  • Synergize CPX capabilities and customer requirements to maximize customer and supplier performance on CPX.
  • Implement customers through API and custom files.
  • Identify customer specific requirements and communicate to product and IT.
  • Board customers, inclusive of the following tasks:
  • Requirements gathering.
  • Payment instruction Review.
  • Configuration Testing.
  • Training.
  • Transmission setup.
  • Processor Setup (product IDs).
  • Reconciliation review.
  • Go-live readiness and file monitoring.
  • Sign-off.
  • Transition to Account Management.
  • Assist with Account Management.
  • Develop training materials.
  • Maintain overall project plan and go live date.
  • Assist Product with the following tasks:
  • UAT Testing.
  • Production support:
  • Aha requests for product enhancements.
  • Check setups/proofs in Smart Payables.
  • Valid setup if physical plastic needed.
  • Establish new bank accounts with Sutton if needed.
  • Provide Customer documentation.
  • Roles matrix.
  • Disposition file.
  • Standard file spec.
  • SFTP setups.
  • Support Sales - Provide sales demos internally and externally.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Excellent management, communication, interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.
  • Highly professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Knowledge of Google / Microsoft suite of products required; background in files and APIs recommended.
  • Must be able to project manage multiple implementations at once.
  • Must be able to resolve problems on a daily basis, handle conflict and make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Requires highly analytical skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with internal and external. 
  • Must be able to receive and understand instructions, and carry out those instructions.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation range - $101,000-$110,000

 Traditional Physical Requirements

  • Requires prolonged sitting, standing, bending, stooping and stretching.
