ABOUT THE ROLE

At BRUNA, we’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Lead to craft and implement data-driven strategies that drive customer acquisition, boost conversions, and fuel revenue growth. You will lead and inspire a high-performing team, managing relationships with top influencers, optimizing campaigns, and ensure the team is equipped to meet and exceed performance targets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute high-performance, data-driven influencer marketing strategies to achieve key business goals, including customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Lead and inspire a results-driven influencer marketing team, setting clear goals, fostering accountability, and cultivating a motivated, high-performance environment.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with top-performing influencers aligned with company objectives.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize strategies and maximize impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with performance marketing, creative, and PR teams to seamlessly integrate influencer content across all channels.
  • Continuously test and innovate new influencer strategies and platforms to stay competitive and fresh in the market.
  • Streamline processes for efficiency, enabling the team to execute creative ideas at speed while delivering measurable results.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in campaign execution, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Mentor team members, fostering growth and aligning individual responsibilities to achieve overall business objectives.
YOUR BACKGROUND
  • 5+ years of experience in influencer, digital, or performance marketing, ideally in a fast-paced, data-driven environment within the lifestyle industry.
  • Proven track record in developing impactful influencer marketing strategies with measurable success.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and data analysis to drive optimization and decision-making.
  • Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor, and foster a high-performance team culture.
  • Expertise in executing multi-channel marketing strategies, integrating influencer content across paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a "do-er" mentality and a bias for action.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, particularly with influencers and external partners.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaign efficiency.
  • Ability to balance brand and performance objectives when building influencer partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of the marketing funnel and expertise in key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, eCPM, and others, along with knowledge of various industry verticals and how to integrate them for strategic optimization.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Knowledge of the German market and influencer landscape is a plus.
