As our HR Consultant, youâll play a key role in supporting our growing tech company. Youâll work in our People & Culture team and handle a variety of HR tasks to ensure a welcoming and enabling working environment for our entire team. Your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting Onboarding and Relocation activities: Support our team members in relocating to Germany and helping them onboard to MobiLab. This includes a wide range of tasks from administrative tasks like visa applications, to integration services like cultural integration sessions to help our new team members settle in, all the way to company onboarding initiatives to ensure our new team members have a great start at MobiLab and feel welcomed.
Supporting Team Members: Help, guide, and support our team members on any HR-related questions or concerns that they might have. This includes helping them navigate through German bureaucracy (like health insurance questions) or adhering to company policies (like requirements for working remotely).
Managing HR Processes: Keep our HR systems up to date and create contracts, certificates, and other essential documents.
Improving HR Operations: Develop and improve HR processes to help us achieve our growth goals.
Leading HR Projects:Â Manage HR projects that align with our virtues and help build a positive workplace culture. This includes our MobiVolunteering Day and our (mental) health initiatives.Â
A team player who values different perspectives and promotes a respectful and inclusive culture.
An experienced HR professional with 4-5 years of experience, ideally in the IT industry.
Able to plan ahead and keep deadlines in mind, while also handling day-to-day tasks.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
An excellent communicator who lends team members an open ear.
Enthusiastic about digital tools, software development, and cloud technology.
Skilled in MS Office and familiar with digital HR tools.
Holds a degree or equivalent qualification in HR, business, or a related field.
Fluent in German and English (both B2).
