Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Limassol, Cyprus Time (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Manila Time) with 1 hour unpaid break

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, performing bookkeeping tasks, and ensuring on time completion of forms. We provide training and guidance to help you apply your knowledge effectively.

This position is fully remote, and we welcome applications from candidates with international accounting experience or those eager to work with global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

- Perform daily bookkeeping and account reconciliations, including bank, debtor, and creditor accounts.

- Prepare and submit VAT-related reports and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. (Training will be provided.)

- Prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

- Assist with the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors.

- Maintain accurate records for tax compliance and audits.

- Communicate with clients to collect necessary financial information and clarify any accounting-related queries.
