We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AU Mortgage Loan Processor/Para-Broker to join our growing team. Job Description

As the AU Mortgage Loan Processor/Para-Broker, you will:
  • Process loan applications from start to finish, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are collected and submitted.
  • Liaise directly with clients to gather required information and provide updates on their application status.
  • Communicate with lenders to manage the application process from lodgment through to settlement.
  • Conduct loan reviews for existing clients, comparing current lender pricing with other available options.
  • As you gain experience and proficiency, assist by responding to broker emails and supporting day-to-day operations in the brokerage.


Requirements
  • Minimum years of relevant experience in the AU mortgage industry.
  • Australian Certified.
  • Proven experience in mortgage loan processing or a similar role within the Australian lending industry.
  • Solid understanding of the Australian lending landscape, including concepts like LVRs, LMI, fixed vs. variable rates, redraw/offset accounts, and the use of equity.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and lenders.
  • Proficiency in MyCRM platform (or a similar CRM platform) with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience with conducting loan reviews and pricing with existing lenders.
  • Previous experience answering broker emails and providing additional support in a broking environment.
