Are you an experienced CeMAP Qualified Mortgage and Protection Adviser looking for a new home-based role that offers a genuine opportunity to earn in excess of £65K+ and uniquely offers a 1st year Guaranteed Minimum Salary of £45K** , plus full admin support and all of your appointments supplied by us and pre-booked into your diary?

Please be aware that only applicants that are fully CeMAP qualified and have at least 18 months previous experience of providing mortgage and protection advice will be considered for our roles.

What We Offer!

• Income Guarantee of £45,000 for the first 12 months.
• Grow your earnings: All Advisers are able to increase their earnings year on year and we expect your OTE in year two to increase to £55K.**
• Promotional Tiers: Subject to achieving your targets you can increase your basic salary and commission rate in year two and onwards with top performers earning in excess of £70K+*
• Remote Working: Home based role with all your IT equipment provided by us!
• Employed Role: All our Mortgage and Protection Advisers have the security of full time, permanent employment.
• No Weekends: Working Monday to Friday only, with a mix of early and late starts/finishes.

GMC are currently experiencing unprecedented demand for our services from our lifetime customers whose mortgage deals are maturing this year, and we are therefore in need of a number of additional high performing and experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisers to join our existing team, with a start date available in August.

At GMC we believe we offer one of the best employed Mortgage and Protection Adviser roles in the UK. All our Advisers are provided with pre-booked, quality leads by our Retention Teams that offer higher than 80% sign-up rates, meaning our Advisers are performing at the top end of the mortgage market and consistently writing in excess of 16 cases every month. In addition to this, our Advisers receive full admin support giving them more time to focus on writing business.

Role Requirements:

• Minimum of 18 months experience as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, with CAS.
• Have a demonstrable track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the mortgage sector.
• Work in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards.
• Must be fully CeMAP qualified.
• Living within a 3-hour commute of our Milton Keynes or Peterborough office and happy commuting once a month as required for team meetings and/or additional training requirements.
