This is a remote position.

What You Will Do:

  • Participate in the gradual update of legacy applications from Java 8 to Java 21 and Spring Boot.
  • Enrich the test campaign and improve test coverage throughout the process.
  • Work with the team to implement backend solutions using Java and Spring technologies.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of automated and manual testing practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure continuous integration and deployment through Jenkins/GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain REST APIs as part of the solution.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong experience with Java (Java 8 → Java 21), Spring Core, and Spring Boot.
  • Proficiency with testing tools like JUnit, Mockito (or equivalent), and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab).
  • Experience in developing and maintaining REST APIs.
  • Focus on enriching test coverage with both automated and manual testing approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level).
