What You’ll Do
  • Provide post-sales services for software implementation, including scripting, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Collaborate closely with customers and project teams to ensure all deliverables are executed successfully, on time, within budget, and with high quality.
  • Quickly build trust and confidence with customers, maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and excellent service.
  • Gather requirements for solution delivery, ensuring a deep understanding of customer use cases, commands, and parameters.
  • Lead onsite project workshops and consultations with customers.
  • Provide clear, customer-facing technical documentation, including Acceptance Test Plans.
  • Write high-quality scripts required for solution delivery, migration, and data import.
  • Track issues, action items, and provide troubleshooting support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Deliver onsite and/or remote product training to customers.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer to handoff the project to technical support.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer, sales, engineering, and technical support teams.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices for the services team.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, implementing complex software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organization skills.
  • Strong desire to learn, tackle new challenges, and grow into roles with increasing responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence customers and internal stakeholders with credible knowledge and persuasive skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication, time management, and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to work independently within virtual teams across multiple time zones.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to manage customer expectations.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and expert troubleshooting abilities.
  • VM, Unix/Linux, and Unix shell scripting skills.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Python, Perl.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational data models.
  • Experience working with security architectures, firewalls, networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, etc.), and telecommunications standards.
  • Prior experience with Cloud Computing concepts (AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure).
  • Experience working with BSS/OSS systems and understanding of complex deployment architectures.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel internationally up to 25% of the time.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Nice to Have
  • Database deployment and administration experience (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Experience with Ansible and YAML.
  • Telecoms or Cable Operator experience.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (MRTG, Nagios, Cacti, Sniffer).
  • Experience working with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and software integrations.
  • Familiarity with load balancing, HTTP server setups using NGINX, HAProxy.
  • Exposure to OpenLDAP, ElasticSearch, Kibana, Kafka, and Postman.
  • Experience with containerized solutions using Kubernetes and Docker.
