Requirements

We are seeking an experienced UKG/Kronos WFM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the implementation and support of UKG/Kronos Workforce Management (WFM) solutions. As part of this role, you will focus on modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, and Attendance, and work on WFM projects for Retail and Manufacturing clients. Your expertise in UKG/Kronos Dimensions and experience in the WFM domain will be essential for the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and provide support for UKG/Kronos WFM solutions, ensuring successful deployment of the system across the organization.
  • Focus on Timekeeping, Accruals, and Attendance modules, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting these features.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, customize configurations, and provide recommendations based on business needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing WFM solutions, ensuring system efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Work on WFM projects for Retail and Manufacturing clients, ensuring the solutions meet business needs and align with industry best practices.
  • Develop and customize WFM solutions for clients, creating efficient workflows and integration with other systems.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and technical solutions for WFM project delivery, collaborating with business and technical teams.
  • Assist with the upgrade from UKG Workforce Central or ADP E-time to UKG Dimensions (Pro WFM).
What You’ll Bring:
  • Experience in the implementation and support of UKG/Kronos WFM products.
  • Strong expertise in UKG/Kronos Dimensions (Pro WFM).
  • Hands-on experience with Timekeeping, Accruals, and Attendance modules.
  • Experience working on WFM projects for Retail and Manufacturing clients.
  • Previous role as a Developer or Support Analyst in WFM projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot WFM system issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, working with both business and technical teams.
Mandatory Skills:
  • UKG/Kronos Dimensions (Pro WFM)
  • Workforce Management (WFM)
  • Timekeeping, Accruals, and Attendance modules
Desired/Secondary Skills:
  • Experience handling WFM projects for Global Clients operating in EU/APAC regions.
  • Experience with the upgrade process from UKG Workforce Central or ADP E-time to UKG Dimensions (Pro WFM).
  • Understanding of domain-specific requirements in WFM.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies for project management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
