Job description

What You Will Do:
  • Manage, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and secure software delivery.
  • Automate infrastructure deployment and cloud environment operations.
  • Define and enforce automation standards across development, testing, and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and automation policies.
  • Streamline development, testing, and deployment processes to optimize performance and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate closely with Developers, QA, and other teams to ensure infrastructure and automation support high-quality, reliable software delivery.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions, performance tuning, and middleware integration.
  • Conduct DevOps performance assessments and propose improvement strategies.
  • Design scalable solutions for infrastructure automation, environment validation, and test data management.
  • Develop governance strategies, standards, and guidelines for automation and cloud operations.

What We Are Looking For:
  • EU nationality and residence within the EU.
  • University degree with at least 6 years of experience in IT.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, Automation Architecture, and/or CI/CD Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure and cloud-native services, resource optimization, cost management, and security best practices.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes (including autoscaling, ingress controllers like Nginx, and container orchestration) and Docker.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Experience in installing, configuring, and operating security pipeline tools.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and system administration.
  • Good knowledge of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Go, including experience integrating external APIs.
  • Proficiency in Azure Pipelines, SVN, and Git.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing metrics from CI/CD security tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
  • Solid understanding of Security and Privacy by Design principles.
  • Fluent English (verbal & written).
