Our Global People Operations & Project Management/Programs team is all about solving problems. We seek to ensure that the People team has the support and knowledge needed to provide a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. 

As the Project Manager, you’ll lead transformative projects across our People Team. The role will help to develop and establish an HR PMO.  You will help to accelerate projects through change initiatives at a global, regional and/or country level. Your mission is to reduce complexity, innovate on business or systems capability and improve the overall customer experience. In this role you will partner with subject matter experts in key functional areas to propel projects through impact, communication, training and analysis. The ideal candidate for this role should be able to work interdependently to steer project work under the direction of the Director, People Operations & Programs.

Day-To-Day:

  • Lead and manage Project execution on our most critical cross-functional projects and initiatives at a global level
  • Implement and govern program/project management processes, dashboards, templates, policies and project metrics
  • Establish parameters and metrics to analyze the effectiveness of projects and activities
  • Identify and implement improvements to the project and change management strategy & methodology
  • Engage with People Team COEs to develop understanding of future state solutions
  • Deliver the change plan for each project including the case for change, change strategy and plan, stakeholder engagement and execution, change impact analysis and assessment, and change sustainability and measures
  • Complete stakeholder analysis, create action plans, identify gaps and assess readiness for change
  • Partnering with the Culture, Talent Brand and Experience team, create awareness of new solutions, updates, changes and projects across the People Team
  • Develop and manage project schedules and work plans
  • Ensure a broader viewpoint is held throughout People Team projects, understanding other initiatives that are running parallel and ensuring overlap and communication between projects
  • Act as point of contact for change champions before, during and after projects
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities across project teams and designate business owners for deliverables
  • Build strong partnerships with internal & external stakeholders to drive adoption and deliver desired business outcomes

Skills and Knowledge Most Relevant to the Job:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • Proficiency in facilitating, delegating and motivating cross functional project teams or activities
  • Critical thinking, judgement and influencing skills
  • Highly organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Ability to prioritize and operate with autonomy within a global team
  • Strong and effective communication and writing skills
  • Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies such as Kotter, ADKAR, etc. Prosci change management certification or equivalent a plus
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle. PMP certification preferred

Preferred Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in human resources with a minimum of 2-3 yrs with HR Transformation and change management projects.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering measurable business results and benefits
  • Experience managing projects through multiple methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, Waterfall and hybrids
  • Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution development in a cross-functional or matrix environment
  • Experience in collaborating on projects involving multiple teams, managing relationships with clients, and presenting to different levels of stakeholders
