We are continually investing in resources and talent, so we stay prepared with specialized teams in place who are experts in creating tailored technologies. Our solutions empower Federal organizations to grow, modernize, and succeed in a rapidly evolving landscape.

We value all voices and want to attract talent from all backgrounds. We're on the lookout for individuals who are passionate about technology and thrive in environments where problem-solving is approached with creativity and enthusiasm. If you're someone who enjoys continuously expanding your skill set while tackling real-world business problems, you'll feel right at home with us. Veterans and military spouses are especially encouraged to bring your unique and valuable experience to our team.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven UX Designer to join our team and contribute to designing exceptional user experiences for a healthcare call center software solution. As part of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience, defining agile backlogs, and creating intuitive, user-centric interfaces to maximize usability, efficiency, and overall client satisfaction. If you have experience in the healthcare domain, particularly designing for call centers, we’d love to hear from you!

This role transcends traditional business analyst responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of technical expertise, design proficiency, and business acumen to ensure the applications are effective, efficient, and accessible to all users.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the design of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience for a healthcare call center software solution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and subject matter experts, to define and prioritize the user experience design within agile backlogs.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and optimize the user interface.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual design mockups to communicate design concepts and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure all user interface designs adhere to best practices, standards, and Section 508 accessibility compliance to accommodate users with disabilities.
  • Continuously iterate on design solutions based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and analytics.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and maintain a high level of quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in design-related aspects, offering guidance on design patterns, best practices, and usability improvements.
  • Advocate for a user-centric design approach, promoting accessibility, usability, and efficiency in all aspects of the product.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, Agile elaboration, and direct customer interaction.
  • Previous experience designing for healthcare applications, especially for call centers, is a strong plus.
  • Strong experience in developing and defining user-centric designs for complex software systems.

Skills:

  • Expertise in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design mockups.
  • Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility standards and best practices for ensuring compliance.
  • Experience working within an Agile development environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to balance business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints.
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust or other required clearance

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 customization is a major plus.
  • Familiarity with designing solutions for healthcare industry regulations and standards.

Key Attributes:

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for creating high-quality designs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with other teams.
  • Adaptability to changing requirements and environments.
  • A strong advocate for accessibility and inclusive design.
