The Product Owner drives strategic, data-driven initiatives for customer analytics and functional design. They collaborate across technology, analytics, and business teams to develop software solutions for the supply chain industry. Responsible for translating high-level business needs into functional designs and actionable development stories, they also mentor teams and guide solution implementation.

What a day in the life looks like:
•    Represent product management as the Product Owner in scrum teams
•    Define and manage requirements, backlog, and development priorities
•    Support the Product Manager in vision, roadmap, and acceptance criteria
•    Lead release planning and set expectations for feature delivery
•    Collaborate with development teams to mitigate impediments and update roadmaps
•    Monitor competitors and industry trends

What you bring to the team:
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
•    5+ years as a Business Analyst/Product Owner
•    Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
•    Proven success in defining and launching software products
•    Strong organization, problem-solving, and time management skills
•    Ability to influence cross-functional teams; 20% travel required

Salary range* 100 - 130K USD
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is based on evaluation during interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
