About the Team
Statsig is looking for Growth & Mid-Market Account Executives who are highly motivated and strategic thinkers, with a track record in consultative sales, an understanding of the software industry, and exceptional communication skills. This is an early-stage startup opportunity that has incredible upside in career growth and earning potential (cash & equity).
What You'll Do
• New Business Pipeline Generation: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our customer base by proactively prospecting, engaging with leads, and converting them into long-term clients.
• Consultative Selling: Understand client needs deeply, align Statsig's solutions to their business objectives + shape decision criteria, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform to decision-makers.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams, sales engineering, enterprise engineering, leadership and product to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
• Technically Curious: Stay updated with our product offering, industry trends, competitive landscape, and market shifts to continuously adapt sales strategies and approaches for maximum impact.
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has 1+ years of full cycle software sales experience, lives the Statsig values, and has demonstrated a successful track record in technical + platform solution selling. They are also a:
1) High Achiever: have consistently met and exceeded sales targets.
2) Self-starter: has a bias for action, wants to be at a startup & and close to building a business + first class Revenue Org.
3) Pipeline Builder: Proven success and interest in building self-generated, outbound pipeline.
4) Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and credibility with executives & technical stakeholders.
5) Team Player: Low ego & collaborative mindset with interest in working cross-functionally with internal Engineering, Product, Data & Leadership teams.
6) Inquisitive Learner: Curious to understand & articulate customer needs across multiple business units, craft tailored discovery, and drive consultative sales.
7) Industry Professional: Strong understanding of B2B SaaS. Preference for dev + data tooling
including: feature flagging, experimentation, product analytics and related technologies.
*While remote, we are currently only seeking candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area
Compensation
Pay: Range for this role is flexible for top talent but general guidance is $150,000-$230,000 OTE + equity+ benefits
