Overview
The Director of Product Management will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of key initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your product leadership will be a key driving force in every phase of the software lifecycle. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep product management expertise, a passion for innovation, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, customer, and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-performing product teams and delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful, you’ll need to:
Lead the development of product strategy and roadmaps to help us achieve our company and product vision
Work with customers and internal stakeholders to solicit input and validate product direction
Work with engineering leadership to ensure that technical and product strategy are aligned
Ensure that cross-team efforts are well-defined, well-coordinated and well-executed
Guide your team in turning fledgling product ideas into product requirements, roadmaps, and GTM strategies that are well-reasoned and aligned with business and product goals
Identify relevant market, industry and technological trends and help to continually refine the product vision
The ideal candidate:
7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the B2B space
Proven track record of leading successful product teams, mentoring product managers, and delivering high-impact products
Adept at navigating technical complexities
A firm believer in leveraging agile product development to iteratively build toward long-term product goals
Excellent product sense – you know the difference between a great product and one that just gets the job done and you always strive to deliver the former
Excellent at communicating and collaborating effectively with various audiences– executives, stakeholders, cross-functional team members, and customers
Has a vision for how AI will shape the future of software
Has an entrepreneurial spirit!
