TL;DR

Tango is looking for an energetic Sr. Field Marketing Manager to join the Demand Generation team. The successful candidate will have experience communicating value propositions to select Enterprise audience segments through live and virtual events. 

You will plan and execute conferences and tradeshows, regional events, virtual roundtables, briefings, and webinars, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives. You will build and manage a scalable, high-performing field marketing program to engage target audiences, support product education, and generate qualified leads.

The ideal candidate will be highly data driven to optimize activity to support business growth in meaningful ways. You should be highly organized, hardworking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where team collaboration is crucial to success and changes happen fast. 

This is a remote role based in the US, and will report to our Head of Demand Generation.

What you’ll do
  • Execute a field marketing strategy that has a mix of industry-targeted events, regional events, virtual events, and webinars that will help you meet and exceed pipeline targets

  • Leverage deep tradeshow knowledge to maximize our presence at industry events, making event sponsorships high-performing, turnkey, and aligned with marketing goals.

  • Plan and execute smaller, targeted events across key regions to engage specific audiences and address focused use cases, enhancing our presence within key segments

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to create event strategies that drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth

  • Measure and analyze the impact of events, continuously refining strategies to improve ROI and strengthen the role of events within the broader marketing mix

  • Oversee event budgets and maximize resource efficiency for high-impact outcomes

  • Some travel for events will be required

What you’ll bring 
  • 8-12 years of experience in field marketing or event management, with a strong record of managing events and conferences at scale

  • Proven expertise in trade show planning, sponsorship management, and event execution with high attention to detail

  • You have sponsored events like Dreamworks, Hubspot Inbound, or other Sales and RevOps focused events

  • Experience managing field programs beyond physical events

  • Strong collaboration skills to partner effectively with sales and other cross-functional teams

  • Data-driven approach to campaign and event optimization, with experience tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies based on insights. Experience having pipeline building responsibility

  • Experience managing event budgets

Compensation
  • Our base salary compensation is $130,000 - $160,000 for this role, and the total compensation package will also include equity and benefits. We value each employee based on their impact within the company, regardless of their location. Due to this, we set salary ranges for all roles based on function, level, and benchmark against similar-stage growth companies. We share salary ranges on all job postings to comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including past candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above. Additionally, we offer an annual equity refresh program.
