Dandy is hiring a Clinical Staff Dentist for Quality Control to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. This role combines clinical expertise, quality assurance, and data-driven decision-making to ensure optimal treatment outcomes for clear aligner therapy. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, advanced knowledge of orthodontic treatment planning, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both doctors and designers.

What You'll Do:

  • Implement Dandy's alignment philosophy in treatment planning to optimize patient outcomes.

  • Identify effective and predictable tooth movements and auxiliary techniques to enhance treatment efficacy.

  • Conduct root cause analysis to address clinical issues and improve processes.

  • Provide clinical consultations and support to doctors, ensuring clear communication and understanding of treatment plans.

  • Lead training sessions for internal teams on clear aligner treatment planning, staging, attachments, and auxiliary techniques.

  • Collaborate with designers to refine aligner designs based on clinical feedback.

  • Analyze clinical data using tools like Excel to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

  • Review doctor feedback and documentation, offering insights to enhance communication and treatment strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications:

    • Dental degree (DDS or DMD) with expertise in orthodontics and clear aligner therapy.

    • Advanced knowledge of clear aligner treatment planning, including staging, attachments, and auxiliary techniques.

    • Exceptional English communication skills for effective interaction with doctors, designers, and team members.

    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Additional Requirements:
