QA Analyst II

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As a QA Analyst II at Qualia, your work will be focused on ensuring the functionality and design of our core web applications, microservices, and integrations with external partners. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

These are some but not all of the things you’ll do:

• Develop and execute manual test plans based on functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring comprehensive test coverage across various products and microservices
• Identify, report, and track defects, and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution, re-testing resolved issues to confirm proper fixes.
• Work closely with engineers and PMs to solve problems and clear roadblocks, ensuring high quality, timely project delivery 
• Test increasingly complex projects as you build a functional and technical understanding of our applications
• Verify urgent fixes for production issues 
• Collaborate on cross-product testing initiatives with members of other QA teams

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience in a related field
• 2 - 4 years of experience in manual software testing | strong preference for enterprise SaaS or FinTech products
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively about technical topics (verbal and written)
• Self-motivated
• Highly conscientious
• Team oriented
• Quick learner
• While this role is based in San Francisco, California, we're open to exploring remote possibilities for qualified candidates. 

This role has a base annual salary of $90,000-$100,000 plus a competitive equity and benefits package. (Salary to be determined by relevant experience, location, knowledge, and skills of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
