  • Provide exceptional client service and support, constantly considering ways we could better serve clients through new features, use cases, and products; anticipating challenges and proactively intervening to mitigate project impacts
  • Partner with Go to Market  & clients to advise on project strategies, configurations and data needs, and architect win-win solutions
  • Partner with Go to Market teams to enable sales, including providing ongoing collaboration, training and support for those teams
  • Identify and support automation of repeatable implementations and customer support processes that will deliver ideal outcomes
  • Execute special projects to further the success of our digital retrieval products, digital vendor effectiveness, and the team overall

  • Highly-organized, strategically focused, and able to handle multiple client projects simultaneously with systematic follow up and responsiveness to client requests
  • Able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment and make reasonable decisions when faced with ambiguity
  • Creative problem solver; you excel at helping to problem solve customer needs rapidly and effectively engaging other internal stakeholders as needed

Bonus Points if:

  • You have experience working at or with health plans, specifically in regards to data analytics or delivery
  • You have prior experience implementing SaaS solutions
  • You have prior experience in risk adjustment, and/or medical record retrieval
  • You have experience with complex data analysis, including experience with Snowflake, Sigma, etc.
