Senior Product Manager

📆 Full-time
🌍 UK based, Remote with flexible in-person time
💰 £65 to 80k - dependent on experience.

Why Hertility?

Hertility Health is transforming women’s health, putting fertility and reproductive care at the forefront of conversation and care. We’re the only CQC-approved provider offering at-home hormone health, fertility testing, and end-to-end clinical support. 🚀

Our mission is powerful yet simple: to give women the tools they need to manage their health from menstruation through menopause, with expert support every step of the way. ❤️

Why You’ll Love This Role

As a Senior Product Manager you’ll play an integral role in our growing company. You will join our Product team to innovate at the intersection of technology and reproductive health.

In this role, you’ll empower every woman with personalised, accessible, and actionable care. If you’re passionate about making a difference in women’s health, this role is for you! 🌸

Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing 🌟

  • Managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring that our products (digital & physical) deliver value to our customers whilst contributing to the success of our company
  • Owning the end-to-end delivery of your products, ensuring that development is prioritised in line with the agreed product goals and metrics
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Design, Engineering, Data, Research and Growth, to translate market insights, user needs, and business goals into compelling product experiences
  • Building and owning product roadmaps that align with the company’s vision based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and your own industry insight
  • Championing user-centric design principles and ensure that our products provide intuitive and delightful experiences
  • Conducting user testing (A/B testing, customer interviews, surveying etc.) gathering feedback and iterating to drive continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For 🎯

You’ll thrive if you’re passionate about fertility and reproductive health and bring:

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout the product lifecycle
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • You can strike a balance between user focus and business judgement to drive sustainable growth
  • Being comfortable using modern tools for managing product development (Monday.com, Notion, Figma, GA4 etc.)
  • The ability to use and interpret complex data and metrics to inform decisions and success
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in building consumer-facing apps is appreciated

Your Team 💪🏼

You will be working and reporting directly to our Director of Product - Tulsi Patel. You’ll also work with Product Design, Engineering, Data, Growth, our Founders and across our whole business.
