What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Business Growth: Generate new business opportunities by following proven processes to prospect enterprise accounts and identify high-value opportunities.

  • Engage Senior Executives: Conduct high-level conversations with decision-makers to address workforce performance challenges with our cutting-edge learning, training, and technology solutions.

  • Own Your Territory: Drive revenue growth within a defined region or list of named accounts by qualifying opportunities, building a robust pipeline, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals.

  • Collaborate on Solutions: Partner with solution architects to design impactful strategies that align with client needs.

  • Build Customer Relationships: Maintain a high level of care within existing accounts while identifying new contacts and expanding business opportunities.

  • Be the Customer’s Voice: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback drives continuous improvement.

  • Maximize Profitability: Lead negotiations that create win-win scenarios for customers and the business.
