Job Summary:

Zest Dental Solutions is a global leader in the design, development, manufacturing, and distribution of diversified dental solutions for a continuum of patient care from the preservation of natural teeth to the treatment of total edentulism. Promote and provide clinical support for Zest Dental Solutions product portfolio to dental professionals and through partnerships with special markets targeted groups. 

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Track the activity of CSR with  CE courses, in-office visits, In-service and w calls/emails
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions: In-office, programs and lunch and learns (in-office & virtually)
  • Collaborate with Zest sales representatives to demonstrate and assist with the introduction of the Zest product portfolio
  • Conduct webinars and conference calls to showcase Zest products with assigned partners 
  • Build a professional and trusting relationship with Zest and special market customers  
  • Assist in technical projects such as manuals, product development, technical library, and clinical trials and evaluations 
  • Perform all assigned duties in the assigned territory, including but not limited to meeting or exceeding annual sales goals and MBO initiatives. 
  • 50% Travel
  • Manage Nationwide Clinical Success Team
  • Manage Clinical standards to meet the needs of Special Market customers.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with senior procurement management and clinical directors at target accounts that enable ZDS to bid on product opportunities.
  • Support an individual territory while managing 10 additional territories of the CSR team
  • Target, manage and ultimately secure Special Markets and e-commerce orders from prospective accounts through individual efforts and regional team efforts.
  • Support the execution of all marketing launch plans and new product sales objectives and activities.
  • Manage relationships with key partners selected to focus on growth, education, and sell through direct rep opportunities.
  • Support business within Special Market channels with a focus on select accounts.
  • Collaborate with and report to the DSO Director
  • Wok in collaboration with DSO managers on initiatives and deployment of the CSR  team
  • Participate in regional and national trade shows and meetings. 
  • Deploy team with strategies that are both frugal and effective

 

Education, Experience, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Must be a current Certified Dental Technician, RDH, Rdhap, Dental Hygienist, EFTA, or similar or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 or more years of experience in the dental technology field 
  • Knowledge of all dental laboratory phases including removable and fixed prostheses, oral anatomy, occlusion principles, dental implants, full mouth reconstruction, custom milled abutments/bars, scanning equipment, various overdenture attachments, principles of attachment classification and function 
  • Requires a keen eye for detail and ability to visualize mechanical and spatial problems
  • Ability to create/edit PowerPoint presentations per audience needs
  • In-Office or In-Laboratory experience is required
  • Must have excellent communication skills, ability to speak to large dental professionals, support feedback on treatment plans, and diagnose cases for best outcomes
  • Must have a valid driver’s license 
Physical Requirements:

  • Physical Activity: Standing, walking, sitting, using hands, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear, taste or smell. 
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Close vision is required to see a computer monitor, read documents, and operate a copy and fax machine.  Distance vision is required to drive an automobile if driving is a requirement of the job.
  • Work environment is indoors and climate-controlled.  Occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
  • Moderate noise levels as found in a business offices with computer printers, households with TVs and dishwashers, and driving light traffic.
  • Must be able to successfully pass background and drug testing as well as be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or in the process of becoming fully vaccinated
