Position Overview:

As a Sr Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing robust applications that meet our clients' needs. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and deploy high-performance Java applications using frameworks like Spring Boot.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
  • Ensure application reliability, scalability, and performance through continuous improvement efforts.
  • Implement messaging solutions using technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ to enhance system communication.
  • Utilize Git for version control and maintain a clean codebase through regular code reviews.
  • Participate in Agile methodologies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • -Must-have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL databases.
  • Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Familiarity with Git for version control.
  • English level: Advanced (C1, C2).

  • Experience with Azure cloud services.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
