At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr Java Developer to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative US-based project in a collaborative, fast-paced, and results-driven environment.
Position Overview:
As a Sr Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing robust applications that meet our clients' needs. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:Develop, test, and deploy high-performance Java applications using frameworks like Spring Boot.Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.Ensure application reliability, scalability, and performance through continuous improvement efforts.Implement messaging solutions using technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ to enhance system communication.Utilize Git for version control and maintain a clean codebase through regular code reviews.Participate in Agile methodologies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation.Required Skills and Qualifications:-Must-have Skills:Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.Strong knowledge of SQL databases.Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.Familiarity with Git for version control.English level: Advanced (C1, C2).
-Nice-to-have Skills:Experience with Azure cloud services.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Experience working in Agile environments.
