Are you a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Guru? 

We are looking for a professional and engaging Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Architect for our Head Office to be based out of our Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, or Calgary branch! Utilizing your deep and expert knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Service Automation processes you understand client requirements through strong business and technical consulting skills and are well versed in optimizing Dynamics 365 implementations

A Day in the Life:
  • Support Long View’s Business Applications D365 Customer Engagement portfolio by working with customers and internal stakeholders (business clients, business analysts, developers, other architects), defining customer solutions and delivering engagements that are innovative and exceed business requirements
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance, demonstrations, and product education as required
  • Stay abreast of changes and opportunities as they pertain to the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement product suite
  • Ensure technology designs and implementations solve clients’ requirements and challenges
  • Create relevant documentation as required including conceptual design, logical and physical designs, bill of materials, as-built diagrams, knowledge transfer materials, FAQs and transition to operations information

  • What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and industry domain experience in manufacturing, retail, insurance and government
  • Experience with Agile frameworks
  • Proven expertise with two or more products in the D365 Customer Engagement portfolio:
  • o    Customer Service
  • o    Sales
  • o    Marketing
  • o    Field Service
  • o    Project Service Automation
  • o   Customer Insights
  • Proven expertise with Dataverse and the PowerPlatform
  • Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences including: internal and external stakeholders and peers.
  • Demonstrate clear and concise written and oral communication
