About the role:
Join our Global Growth Marketing organization to support our rapidly growing Independent Software Vendor (ISV) program. We’re seeking an experienced Growth Marketer, Partner Acquisition and Success who is enthusiastic about working closely with our ISV partner network, supporting our ISV partners in their GTM strategy, and growing revenue for our partners and our organization through partner acquisition ABM tactics.
The Growth Marketing Manager, Partner Success works hand-in-hand with our ISV account managers and ISV partners to support the ISV partner’s marketing goals and increase visibility of the partner and their solution across the Mendix and Siemens organizations, including building co-marketing plans, managing partner participation in Mendix events, and creating a digital ABM strategy to attract new partners and support existing ones.
This is a one-year contract role to continue on our growth path while a team member is on leave.
About you:You are operationally minded and always strive to establish and improve processes. Experience working with and supporting a GTM sales team with high growth goals.You build strong relationships with and consensus across many different stakeholdersYou are a strong team player with a sense of urgencyYou see the bigger picture of how partners and ISV solutions fit into the Mendix ecosystemYou are in the US or Europe and are open to international travel (estimated 15%-20%). Responsibilities: Own all Mendix marketing efforts for partners in the global ISV program, effectively driving demand gen and pipeline progression for the partner and their solution, as well as strengthening the value propositions of the Mendix ISV program to recruit more partners. Proactively drive Mendix marketing contributions, build co-marketing ABM plans with Strategic ISV partners, and identify opportunities for ISV partners to get involved in broader Mendix marketing initiatives. Support priority partners through activities like building a presence on marketplaces, internal/external partner newsletters, social posts on employee advocacy tools, etc.Ensure flawless execution of Mendix participation in partner events or partner participation in Mendix/Siemens events. Work closely with the marketing campaigns team to deliver and promote assets where applicable to partner networkWork with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders on asset creation, digital campaign execution, and quarterly marketing plans. Qualifications:3-5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in B2B technology marketing with experience in partner marketing or management.Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, hands-on environment going from ideation to execution.Experience building and executing multi-channel Digital/ABM campaigns from scratch. Success working across geographically dispersed teams. Ability to travel globally when required to support partner marketing events and in-person meetings. Must be self-motivated and results-driven, must have a strong sense of ownership.Able to understand different industries, business models, and challenges at a high level.
