We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to manage the workflow of marketing projects and ensure smooth operations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics, balancing budgets, and overseeing the timely delivery of marketing materials. You will work closely with various departments to ensure all components of a project are progressing as planned.
What Your Impact Will Look Like HereWorkflow Management: Coordinate and manage the workflow of all marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently. Project Coordination: Work closely with various departments to ensure project objectives are met and all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities. Campaign Logistics: Oversee the logistics of marketing campaigns, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management. Performance Tracking: Monitor project timelines and deadlines, providing regular updates on project status and progress to management. Optimization: Identify potential issues and propose solutions to improve workflow efficiency and campaign performance. Reporting: Create and maintain detailed reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and business impact. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure all event requirements are met. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. You will love this job if you haveExperience: 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or traffic coordination. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Uptempo, Asana). Analytical skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
