Job description

YOUR MISSION

As a Partnership Manager (m/w/x), you'll drive our growth strategy through strategic alliances across the DACH region. Your primary objective will be expanding our market presence by cultivating relationships with key partners, especially ERP system providers and their implementation partners. You'll generate new business opportunities, manage existing relationships, and identify collaborations to enhance our ecosystem coverage. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll refine our partnership strategy and create mutually beneficial arrangements that drive top-line growth.

YOUR TASKS
  • Become a trusted expert in our solution thus generating pipeline and driving top-line growth through partnerships
  • Manage relationships with existing partners (ERP system providers and implementation partners)
  • Acquire new partners to expand ecosystem coverage and geographical markets
  • Develop partnerships strategy and identify growth accelerators
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams on messaging and partner positioning for DACH
  • Attend industry events and webinars for networking and solution promotion
  • Manage partnership data and referral activities in CRM system
  • Analyze GTM data to identify partnership growth levers
YOUR PROFILE
  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and ambitious, with a strong desire to deliver results and exceed expectations.
  • Business acumen, with the ability to discern the business value of different use cases and articulate this value to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Ability to quickly grasp the nuances of a technical product and complex business processes relevant to our target market.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the mid-market & enterprise B2B SaaS space
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

HIRING PROCESS
  • Screening call: You will hop on a short, 30 Min. call to clarify what we are looking for and hear about your motivation and excitement to kick-off the process!
  • Initial interview: We have a first longer conversation to get to know each other and to see if there is a mutual fit. We will make sure to align on expectations about the company, the role as well as our motivations.
  • Onsite Workshop: You will be asked to do a mock sales call, leveraging what you know about Procuros to perform effective discovery and explain the value prop.
  • Meet the team: The final step in the interview process includes meeting your team members.
