Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Full-time, 40 hours / week
Mon-Fri, 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Community Manager to build and engage our online community. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, foster engagement, and drive sign-ups.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a social media strategy to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Create high-quality, engaging content (graphics, reels, memes, TikToks) tailored for parents.
Manage and schedule Instagram and Facebook posts/stories (3-4 posts per week).
Actively engage with our audience—responding to DMs, comments, and fostering community interactions.
Collaborate with influencers and brand partners to promote the company.
Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance.

Requirements:

1-2 years of proven experience in content creation & social media management. (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
Skilled at storytelling and crafting engaging, relatable content for parents.
Proficient in Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
Up to date with trends on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Self-motivated, creative, and passionate about bringing ideas to life!
Experience with paid ads (Facebook/Instagram) is a plus!
