Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Full-time, 40 hours / week
  • Mon-Fri, 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time
About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Community Manager to build and engage our online community. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, foster engagement, and drive sign-ups.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content (graphics, reels, memes, TikToks) tailored for parents.
  • Manage and schedule Instagram and Facebook posts/stories (3-4 posts per week).
  • Actively engage with our audience—responding to DMs, comments, and fostering community interactions.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand partners to promote the company.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in content creation & social media management. (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
  • Skilled at storytelling and crafting engaging, relatable content for parents.
  • Proficient in Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
  • Up to date with trends on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and passionate about bringing ideas to life!
  • Experience with paid ads (Facebook/Instagram) is a plus!
