Job description

Work Arrangement: Fully remote, with overlapping EST & PST working hours.

Job Type: Independent Contractor, Full-time

Salary Range: Up to $1,500 per month, based on skills and experience.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with core hours overlapping EST & PST.

Locations: Remote, open to candidates globally.

About the Company:

Role Overview:

As a Community Associate / Engagement Writer, you’ll play a key role in building and engaging the company’s online community. You will create compelling content and manage multiple social media personas to drive meaningful interactions. This position is ideal for a dynamic individual passionate about community growth, content creation, and blockchain technology.

Your Impact:

Your efforts will directly shape the online presence of the company and enhance community engagement. You’ll contribute to the strategic development of community plans and help grow the company’s user base across key platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Community Engagement

    • Act as community ambassadors, creating and sharing engaging content.
    • Interact with community members via "ghost" personas on platforms like Twitter, Discord, and other channels.

    2. Content Creation

      • Generate simple content such as memes, copy, and AI-generated art to build brand awareness.
      • Maintain quality accounts for different ghost personas.

      3. Strategy Development

        • Contribute to the strategic development of community engagement plans.
        • Create crypto wallets and apply to bounties online.

        4. Task Ownership

          • Onboard and participate in training sessions during your first week.
          • Set up ghost persona accounts and start posting content while engaging with the community.

          Requirements

          Must-Have:
          • Proven experience as a community engagement specialist or in a related role.
          • Previous experience in the blockchain & crypto industry.
          • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, Slack, Zoom, Twitter, Discord, Canva, and AI content generators.
          • Ability to generate creative, low-lift content like memes and AI-generated art.
          • Strong task management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
          • Creative and strategic thinking.
