We are seeking a passionate education enthusiast to join our team. As our Content and Partner Developer, you will collaborate with top industry and market experts worldwide to create exceptional Experiential Learning opportunities alongside our renowned University partners. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth theme analysis of all Austral Group destinations to uncover unique cultural and experiential offerings for students in your primary (Americas) and secondary territories (Europe & Africa) and other territories if required.
  • Establish, cultivate, and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders in companies, organizations, and NGOs.
  • Identify, research, and recruit content providers to enrich student experiences abroad.
  • Conduct daily outreach and engagement with potential corporate partners to promote our experiential learning opportunities and build meaningful partnerships.
  • Manage and expand our corporate network through diligent CRM management and account development.
  • Contribute to the overall success of Austral Group by ensuring a seamless corporate journey for all stakeholders.
  • Research and share insights into local economic, social, and cultural nuances to inform program development.


Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to work, results-oriented, and proactive.
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and flexible environment with tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
