Overview
The Risk Management Solutions (RMS) desk is responsible for providing foreign exchange, interest rate and workflow solutions to multi-national investment grade and high yield corporations in the Americas. Clients span a variety of sectors including healthcare, consumers, financial sponsors, TMT, industrials, and energy. The Foreign Exchange (FX) RMS desk provides clients with full access to the Corporate and Investment Bank's full product suite, with this role focusing on FX solutions, from basic spot, forwards, swaps (cross-currency), and vanilla options up to more complex structured FX derivatives and the desk also provides automated solutions geared towards manual tasks related to intercompany netting and cash pooling workflows. As a Execution Specialist Lead you will lead our team responsible for handling FX execution for our Multi-National Corporation, Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI), and FinTech clients. You will play a crucial role in delivering our FX franchise and ensuring the smooth execution of a wide array of transactions.

What You’ll Do
Ensure smooth execution of various transactions, including spot, forwards, swaps, and options with clients
Provide market color and insights on a daily basis to all FX RMS clients, with a focus towards delivering an exceptional client experience to key strategic accounts
Collaborate with sales, trading, and infrastructure functions to ensure efficient front to back execution of FX trade lifecycle
Understand the full front to back process and identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities to optimize inefficiencies
Resolve urgent client issues and collaborate with product partners (e.g., trading, credit risk management, workflow solutions, operations, legal, KYC) to ensure an optimal client experience
How You’ll Lead
Spearhead the expansion of the FX client perimeter by prospecting new accounts and developing sustainable relationships
Provide guidance and training to junior talent and maintain a high standard of execution excellence

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $190,000 to $299,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
