The Director of Customer Experience and Strategic Marketing oversees website design, UI/UX improvements, branding, and customer engagement while developing and managing the Contractors Association. Responsibilities include maintaining brand consistency across all marketing assets, creating templated collateral, PDFs, and applications, and ensuring an intuitive and engaging digital experience for customers. This role works cross-functionally to streamline branding efforts, enhance website usability, and improve customer interactions through design and strategic marketing initiatives. Expertise in brand development, website strategy, and digital experience optimization is essential, with a strong ability to balance creative execution and strategic leadership.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee website strategy, design, and optimization to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Develop and manage the Contractors Association, building programs and initiatives to engage members.
  • Lead branding efforts by creating and maintaining templated marketing collateral, PDFs, and applications.
  • Analyze customer feedback and enhance user experience across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, including print, web, and social platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize UI/UX design and customer engagement strategies.
  • Maintain and improve marketing collateral by developing standardized templates and processes.
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and implementing creative digital solutions.
  • Create reports and documentation to support marketing and customer experience strategies.

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in branding, marketing strategy, or customer experience management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Proven experience in web design, UI/UX strategy, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Excellent skills in website management platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail and creativity.
