As our Senior Standardization Analystyou will be an important leader working cross-functionally to standardize our operations nationally. This effort stands to significantly accelerate healthcare’s accessibility, affordability, and efficiency. Every day you will design, document, and deploy continuously improving operational standards (R1’s playbook for people, process, technology, and measurement) that result in revenue generation, cost savings, client value, and growth. You will also work to operationalize key emerging AI tools that accelerate our innovative edge and transform the industry. To accomplish this, you will coordinate cross-functional, comprehensive performance improvement initiatives at scale. 

 

Here’s what you will experience working as a Senior Standardization Analyst: 

  • Partner with Executive-level operations counterparts to assess current state vs. our documented standard operating model 

  • Coordinate financial improvement initiatives and operational changes across numerous aspects of the revenue cycle for client hospitals, leveraging our standard playbook 

  • Leverage your growing industry expertise to build consensus on standardization initiatives and prioritization for the purpose of performance improvement  

  • Drive operational performance to high achievement and world-class outcomes 

  • Work with client executive leadership collaboratively to drive standardization in partnership, breaking down siloes or resolving disputes where needed 

 

Required Skills: 

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare 

  • Experience driving change in complex revenue cycle management operations, especially in a centralized patient financial services setting 

  • Leading analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights, and to cross-functionally prioritize the highest-value initiatives for implementation  

  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage complex changes with a variety of interdependent pieces, facilitating cross-functional collaborative implementations 

  • Experience using healthcare technology systemssuch as Epic, Oracle Health, athenahealth, PowerBI, Snowflake, and/or modern AI pipelines/tools

  • Resilient, relentless, self-motivated, yet pragmatic team player who is process oriented with a critical eye for detail 

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $47,237.00 - $78,919.86 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
