Position: Power Platform Architect

How You Will Make an Impact:

Navaide is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of innovative software solutions, ensuring seamless integration across the Microsoft ecosystem. Your expertise will drive project success, support client objectives, and strengthen the technological foundation of mission-critical systems.

This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and leadership capabilities—someone eager to innovate, collaborate, and shape the future of digital transformation.

Relevant Skills and Experience:

• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Deep experience in SharePoint Online (SPO) Administration & Governance, including data migration.
• Strong integration skills with APIs, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based systems.
• Proficiency in modern development tools, including Azure DevOps, Git, .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, and Angular.
• Hands-on experience with automation, scripting, and database management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate across teams and with clients.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the architecture, development, and configuration of Power Platform solutions, either end-to-end or at key stages of the product lifecycle.
• Guide and mentor teams in best practices for PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related technologies.
• Manage the administration and governance of SharePoint Online (SPO) and oversee SharePoint data migration strategies.
• Design and integrate APIs with SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Leverage Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, and Git to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Develop and integrate RESTful services, C#, ASP.NET (MVC/Web API), .NET Core, and JavaScript frameworks (including Angular v6+ and jQuery).
• Automate workflows using PowerShell scripting and drive efficiencies in platform management.
• Utilize SQL for data querying, ensuring optimal database performance and reporting.
• Apply Agile methodologies to enhance project agility and responsiveness.

Security Clearance:

Candidates must possess, or be eligible to receive, US DoD Secret-level Security Clearance.

Travel:

Candidates must be willing to travel approx. 25% within the continental United States of America

Education:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field
