Job Summary:

Coordinates and oversees the planning, implementing, reviewing of events and evaluating of Geisinger Professional Optimization Program to enhance the performance, experience and wellbeing of staff and patients.

Job Duties:

• Organizes and manages the non-solicited electronic communications from patient feedback on healthcare professionals
• Coordinates the schedule for in person follow up with peer coach
• Completes projects including defining scope, methods, data collection, coordination of meetings and analysis of data
• Creates and organizes resource materials, communication aids, fast facts, and quick reference guides to enhance stakeholder's professional conduct
• Appropriately handles program communications with program stakeholders
• Serves as a subject matter expert for program
• Maintains updated records and databased to create reports, analyzes and makes adjustments as appropriate
• Ensures goals are met in areas including patient satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance
