The Role
We’re looking for its Director of Operation, who will work closely with the other CXOs (Tech, Adoption, Marketing) and the Chief of Staff to deliver the roadmap and increase chain adoption. 

You’ll lead the operation function (Finance, Legal, HR, Recruitment) building a highly productive and inclusive culture, with wider ownership for translating strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.

What you’ll do

  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement

  • Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the leadership team

  • Oversee operations, HR, Legal and accounting, and partner with CXOs so that appropriate resources are deployed to deliver the roadmap and achieve growth targets

  • Manage investments and expenses to ensure that the company achieves its allocated budget targets

  • Monitor performance and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts

  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including other Tezos ecosystem companies, Tezos Foundation and DCF.

What you’ll need

  • Previous experience in executive leadership role

  • A strong understanding of operations functions including Finance, HR and Legal

  • Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrable experience managing highly productive teams

  • Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues

  • Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics

  • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues

  • Web3 and international business experience would be a big plus
