Position Overview:

 

Join our team as the Manager of Digital Health Integrations.  You will lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering innovative, client-focused digital health solutions.  This role involves strategic oversight of customer integrations, technical implementations, and team development, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives. You will collaborate across departments, mentor team members, and act as a key liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders, driving revenue growth and enhancing client satisfaction.

You will have daily interaction with customers and partners, and collaborate with Product Management, Product Development/Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams. You will work with our Software and Hardware Engineering teams to deliver exceptional solutions. Our distributed team of experts in healthcare and medical record systems vendors collaborate closely while maintaining autonomy.

 

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of integration specialists.
  • Understanding of Digital Health products ranging from API & HL7 EMR integration points to SSO implementations.
  • Subject matter expert within the company for Digital Health solutions.
  • Oversee the delivery of Digital Health integration implementation projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external EMR partners and customers, acting as a trusted advisor for technical and business needs.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, deployment guides, and user resources for internal and external audiences.
  • Maintain strong interpersonal presentation and troubleshooting skills while evoking passion and confidence with your audience.
  • Translate technical solutions into business outcomes within an Agile environment, ensuring alignment with client expectations and corporate strategies.
  • Lead technical presentation and implementation reviews with both internal and external stakeholders.



Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 7+ years of software implementations, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Expertise with JSON, HL7, RestAPI, VPN and other data exchange protocols.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • AWS infrastructure or experience with cloud-based solutions.
