We’re looking for a Senior Lead Generation Specialist who knows how to find, engage, and qualify high-value leads across AI, EdTech, Commodity Fintech, and Healthcare industries. This is more than just a lead gen role— it’s an opportunity to grow into a BDM position, driving not only pipeline but real deals.

You will work with:
  • On the outbound (80%) Lead generation process, work with the inbound requests (20%).
  • Leverage multiple channels - LinkedIn, email, industry conferences- to reach the right decision-makers.
  • Develop personalized and creative outreach strategies that break through the noise.
  • Work with leads across the US, EU, and UK markets, understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Qualify leads effectively, ensuring the sales team engages with high-potential prospects.
  • Optimize and refine lead generation strategies to maximize conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth.
  • Stay ahead of trends in outbound lead gen, experimenting with new tools and approaches.
  • Develop towards a BDM role by actively participating in deal closures and expanding your expertise in contract negotiations.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in lead generation within service-based (outsourcing/outstaffing) companies.
  • Proven success in outbound lead generation and qualification.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-channel prospecting (LinkedIn, email, events).
  • Deep understanding of US, EU, and UK markets.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and improve outreach performance.
  • Ability to craft highly personalized, creative outreach that stands out.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
  • Ambition to grow beyond lead generation into a full-cycle BDM role.
