Job description

A Lead Consultant Client Services at Argano play a crucial role in shaping the direction of the Client Services family. They are responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with mid to large size clients to ensure their satisfaction, retention, and continued business with the company. They provide advanced technical support and configuration when requested. They act as a bridge between the client and Argano, ensuring that client needs are understood and met. A Lead Consultant is constantly implementing and testing enhancements as well as new functionality This position involves setting strategic goals, leading mid to large size client initiatives, and providing expert guidance to both clients and internal teams.

This position focuses on guiding and assisting clients through day-to-day system support of all JD Edwards Manufacturing modules. The consultant will be responsible for working with the client team to resolve issues, troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and continue system enhancement to optimize business operations. **

RESPONSIBILITIES:**

  • Maintain regular communication with mid to large size clients to understand their needs, concerns, and feedback. Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Using in-depth knowledge of the JD Edwards Manufacturing applications, as well as Manufacturing industry best practice expertise, consult with clients to provide cost effective solutions to solve business issues
  • Provide high quality customer support, by working with client teams in gathering information to solve day-to-day system issues
  • Trouble shoot client issues by performing various activities such as research, open SRs, system testing, and system configuration.
  • Collaborate with client team in performing upgrade activities such as system configuration, testing and end user training
  • Proactively contribute to the overall support process, by suggesting & executing new process efficiencies, documenting common support issues and workarounds, to minimize number of future support requests
  • Refine customer requirements in detail, document and present to the client for approval.
  • Identifies and applies creative and innovative approaches to resolving system issues
  • Work with Oracle to resolve service requests
  • Participate in team training activities to keep current with JD Edwards functionality
  • Constant Implementation and testing of advanced enhancements as well as new functionality.
  • Manage and oversee client accounts, including contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling products or services.
  • Develop account plans to maximize value for both the client and Argano.
  • Focuses on maintenance, reconfiguration, new functionality or modules.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional client service and addressing any client issues or complaints.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to help clients achieve their goals through the company's products or services.
  • Work closely with internal sales, marketing, Project managers, etc. to align client needs with Argano’s offerings.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management and clients, outlining key performance metrics and the status of client accounts.

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.) expected.
  • MBA or relevant master's degree, advanced degree expected.

EXPERIENCE :

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a JD Edwards Manufacturing consultant
  • Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, lead trouble shooting analysis, perform functional configuration and manage upgrade testing
  • Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple task assignments
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances
  • Senior enough to be able to independently handle client expectations
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills
  • High commitment to exceed performance expectations
  • High degree of initiative, accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
  • Professional approach when dealing with internal and external customers
  • Produce end-user and technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer
  • Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience Leading and managing mid-size client projects independently.
  • Experience providing complex solutions to clients.
  • Extensive expertise in multiple technical domains and IT knowledge.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and client satisfaction.

The base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $140000 commensurate with experience. Argano also offers a performance-based bonus and strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Parental Leave and Flexible Time Off.
