Job description

Paralucent is a boutique technology project delivery and staffing company that has had tremendous success over the past 21 years. We are a passionate group that has been focused on execution, delivery, and client satisfaction. We are seeking multiple ServiceNow Developers to assist our client in the consulting services sector with future projects. This is will be a 3 month contract with possibility of extension.

You will be responsible for leading the design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across web and mobile platforms, conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and gather insights to inform design decisions and enhance usability.

Responsibilities:


• Lead the design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and gather insights to inform design decisions and enhance usability.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals into user-centric design solutions.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights to continuously improve the user experience.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.

• Expert with Figma.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices in designing inclusive user interfaces.
