Position Overview

The Program Manager is part of a team supporting our vast content marketplace, including internally owned and partner owned programs. The individual demonstrates an ability to effectively manage and grow partner relationships, ensuring choice and coverage across multiple topic areas for the healthcare workforce.   

This individual works closely with Partner Operations, Content Operations, Product Marketing and Sales to introduce and promote a growing program portfolio. The Program Manager is committed to establishing a high level of trust and credibility, both internally and with our valued business partners.     

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.

 

  • Conduct negotiations with partners to finalize or renew business relationships and contracting, with the support of business leadership and internal legal counsel.
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships, including gaining a deep understanding of their area of focus and competitive landscape.
  • Meet regularly with key stakeholders to identify goals and KPIs, as well as execute and report against stated goals and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with other team members to expand partnerships and solutions, including leveraging technology, market intelligence, and data.
  • Lead in creating new program releases in collaboration with other members of the internal and external team.
  • Assure accurate and complete awareness of the program portfolio through routine internal training, collaboration on customer training, and other forms of internal and external communication.
  • Monitor and work with partners to resolve customer and program support or adoption issues with the assistance of internal support personnel.
  • Perform and understand gap analyses across the program portfolio and communicate opportunities internally or to partners.
  • Continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
  • Partner with product marketing to develop high impact field guides, ROI calculators and other sales enablement tools.
  • Develop, track and maintain business cases, including ongoing reporting of program performance to evaluate action plans and future investment.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, master’s in nursing education preferred
  • Nurse educator and/or nursing faculty experience
  • Curriculum development experience
  • Accreditation experience (ANCC and ACCME)
  • Minimum 3 years in program or content management, or related role
  • Experience with healthcare organizations who provide patient care
