The Role
As we scale rapidly, reaching 430+ team members across 30+ countries, we are expanding our automation and AI capabilities to drive digital transformation.
We are seeking an Automation & AI Technical Lead to drive the integration of automation and AI into various cross-functional digital transformation projects.
In this role, you will design scalable solutions that transform business processes and position Ideals as a leader in automation and AI excellence. Leading the Business Process Automation team, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the seamless implementation and optimization of automated processes across the organization. Your responsibilities will include driving technical excellence, auditing and refining automation solutions, and designing architectures that align with our vision for intelligent automation.

• Test task (8-12 hours)
• Hiring Manager Interview and Test Task results presentation with Engineering Manager (60 mins)
