As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator & Sourcer, you will play a dual role in ensuring a seamless recruitment process while actively sourcing top-tier talent for technical and business-critical roles. You will be the driving force behind interview coordination, ATS system administration, and proactive candidate sourcing—working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to build strong talent pipelines. And you will be part of closely working with our US and EMEA growth.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, deep understanding of talent attraction strategies, and technical proficiency with ATS systems to ensure a world-class candidate experience.
Role & responsibilities📅 Recruitment CoordinationManage full-cycle interview scheduling, ensuring smooth communication between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.Act as the primary administrator of our ATS (Lever), maintaining accurate candidate records and optimizing workflows.Ensure a seamless candidate experience by keeping candidates engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process.Facilitate hiring processes by ensuring compliance with Cognite's hiring policies and standards.
🔍ATS Sourcing & Talent Attraction
Proactively source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, professional networks, and strategic outbound messaging.Develop targeted talent pools and build candidate pipelines for technical, sales, and operations roles.Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in Cognite opportunities.Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and salary benchmarks to improve sourcing effectiveness.We believe most of these should match your experienceMaster's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating the ability to excel in the role.Previous experience in coordination or administrative roles, with exposure to recruitment processes preferred.Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and system administration, and sourcing tools.Attention to detail and time management.Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Join the global Cognite community! 🌐
