Job description

  • Join this media organization in New Zealand, which is dedicated to providing exceptional and engaging content every day.
  • The ideal candidate's workstation should be set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet not less than 25 Mbps.
  • The offer is inclusive of a laptop + Internet allowance + HMO for you and your dependent within the first month (with Covid insurance coverage).
  • PHP20,000 + 2k internet allowance per month.
  • 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Philippine time, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

As a Digital Coordinator, you will report directly to the New Zealand-based Digital Performance Manager. In this role, you will support the team by managing data entry tasks, allowing them to focus on their core objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for the day-to-day facilitation of digital advertising campaign trafficking into the company’s ad servers, ensuring seamless execution and optimization.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end trafficking of digital display, video, and audio campaigns into the company’s ad servers.
  • Communications with internal stakeholders where issues arise with creative assets not being supplied to the company’s requirements.
  • Basic campaign troubleshooting and inventory checking.
  • Loading creative into the company’s ad servers.
  • Working with the company’s Digital Campaign Managers as required for campaign optimizations.
  • Responding to emails from the sales support team regarding clients’ inquiries.
 

Position Prerequisites

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience or exposure to Digital Media.
  • Someone open to learning new things in a media company.
 

Skills

  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Problem-solving skills, the ability to work with other departments, isolate the facts, and make informed conclusions.
  • Good ability for data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to handle queries with professional verbal or written responses.
  • Analytical with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently (remote) as well as part of a small team – is self-motivated.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
