About the position:
We currently have an excellent opportunity for an energetic and driven sales professional for our Client Partner, Marketing Services position. This position reports directly to the Sales Director and is responsible for all sales pertaining to the full suite of brands in Financial Services. Sales products include digital advertising, account based marketing, data products, video, live custom events, print, research, content marketing and a full host of custom solutions for our clients.
The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of sales experience, a strong background in digital media sales, a demonstrated track record of creating integrated campaigns and must be able to break new accounts. A background in lead generation solutions is a must and experience with a variety of products is essential (digital, print, on-line, video, etc.). Daily responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, forecasting, budgeting and closing new business. Travel is required for industry events and client presentations.
Primary job functions:
Independently build a large pipeline of leads to drive RFPs and IOs
Build relationships with ad agency and direct client contacts, and be able to explain the power integrated media
Work with the sales planning team to build and present proposals
Manage a robust pipeline and accurately forecast territory revenue
Interact with an Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations, ensure successful campaign delivery, and help set the expectations for future potential growth
Daily responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, forecasting, budgeting and closing new business
Travel is required for industry events and client presentations
Required qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of sales experience, a strong background in digital media sales in the B2B space, a demonstrated track record of creating integrated campaigns and above all, a constant desire to break new ground. Must be a strategic thinker. A background in lead generation solutions is a must and experience with a variety of products is essential (print, digital, online, video, etc.).
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
Commission: $80,000 - based on performance
