This is a remote position.

Role Name: Property Management Assistant

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one hour unpaid break; Saturday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Property Management Assistant to join our client’s dynamic team. Responsibilities
  • Manage guest inquiries and communications professionally, ensuring prompt and helpful responses
  • Process invoices with precision
  • Coordinate property listings and maintain up-to-date information across multiple platforms
  • Assist with social media scheduling and posting
  • Execute payroll processing for the organization’s employees
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support daily operations
  • Utilize property management systems to maintain accurate property records
  • Assist with both short-term holiday rentals and long-term tenancy management

  • Familiarity with property management or holiday rental systems
