Job description

This is a remote position.


Schedule:
  • Total hours: 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Atlanta, GA time 
  • With 30-minute paid break in between


    Overview

    Support the Chief Executive Officer in managing high-level strategic, operational, and administrative responsibilities. Extra credit: an ideal Personal Assistant could serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and key internal and external stakeholders – meaning that verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain the CEO’s calendar: schedule executive meetings, calls, and events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and manage expense reporting.
  • Organize board-level meetings: develop agendas, compile presentation materials, and record minutes.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the CEO’s internal and external communications, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Assist with drafting high-level presentations, memos, and strategic documents.
  • Track action items, deadlines, and project progress, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
